- Medical and Dental Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plan is provided to all full time employees (defined as 30+ hours/week) at no cost.
- The Flexible Spending Account allows employee to pay out of pocket medical, dental and child care expenses and medical/dental premiums pre-tax.

- Life Insurance equal to two times annual salary (up to $250,000) is provided.
