  • Medical and Dental Insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plan is provided to all full time employees (defined as 30+ hours/week) at no cost.
  • The Flexible Spending Account allows employee to pay out of pocket medical, dental and child care expenses and medical/dental premiums pre-tax.
  • Optional Vision Insurance Plan coverage is available.
  • Life Insurance equal to two times annual salary (up to $250,000) is provided.
  • Long Term Disability and Accidental Death & Dismemberment is provided at no cost to all full time employees.
